Twelve years ago, my life took an unexpected turn… After my family sold our textile mill here in Charlotte, North Carolina, I was faced with a question that many people encounter at some point in their lives: What’s next? At the time, I was in my early 40s with a wife and two children who were approaching high school graduation and preparing for college. I still had a family to support, bills to pay, and a future to build. The textile industry had been a major part of my life and identity. Walking away from it wasn’t easy. Like many people facing a career change, I had uncertainty, doubts, and more questions than answers. Become a Medium member Then I decided to do something completely different. I jumped into the deep end and launched a career in residential real estate. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Today, more than 12 years later, I am still passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Charlotte, North Carolina, and the surrounding areas of North and South Carolina. What started as a leap of faith became a career built on relationships, trust, problem-solving, and helping people navigate some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
