PRIVACY POLICY

This website is operated by Megandssdds Frost of Sotheby's International Reality. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you share with us

When you fill in a form on this site, ask for a home value estimate, download a guide or sign up for updates, we collect what you enter: usually your name, email address and phone number, and sometimes a property address and a message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site records basic visit information: the pages you view, the type of device and browser you use and the site or search that brought you here. A random identifier is stored in your browser so that repeat visits can be recognized. We do not use it to identify you by name, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site. Some pages embed content from other services, such as videos, maps or a property search. Those services may set their own cookies, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to send you what you asked for, such as a home value estimate or a guide, to send you updates when you have chosen to receive them, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that run this website, deliver our email and store our enquiries, with Sotheby's International Reality where that is required, and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires, and then delete it.

Your choices

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
